Product Designer (UX/CX) – Auckland

A large-scale telco provider is redesigning its self-service and billing experience. We’re seeking a Product Designer with strong UX/CX backgrounds to shape intuitive, accessible digital interfaces for millions of users.

About the Role:

You’ll design and test user-centric digital journeys across mobile and web platforms. This is an opportunity to impact the way everyday Kiwis engage with their telco provider.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, map journeys, and design wireframes
• Collaborate with dev teams to implement scalable design systems
• Use Figma and prototyping tools to iterate on feedback
• Drive usability, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product or UX design experience
• Experience working on large consumer-facing platforms
• Portfolio showcasing UX case studies with measurable impact
