About the Role:

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at ANZ Talent Hub, you will lead the recruitment process for our tech and IT clients. You will leverage your extensive recruitment experience to attract, engage, and place top-tier tech talent. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and IT roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract top-tier tech talent through various sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
• Manage and mentor junior recruitment consultants.
• Prepare and deliver compelling candidate profiles and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on tech and IT roles.
• Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the tech and IT recruitment landscape.
• Experience with recruitment tools and ATS systems.
• Ability to work on client sites and adapt to different environments.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
