About the Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you'll leverage your deep expertise in Sales and Community Cloud to architect, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. Your 8-10 years of experience will be critical in driving innovation and enhancing the capabilities of our clients' Salesforce environments on client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales and Community Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
• Ensure data security and compliance within Salesforce environments.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Continuously assess and improve Salesforce processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-10 years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Sales and Community Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications.
• Ability to work on client sites and manage client relationships.
