About the Role:

As a SAP Program Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs. You will leverage your extensive SAP expertise to drive program success and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in SAP program management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA programs from planning to delivery.
• Develop and execute program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular program status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP program management with a focus on S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SAP program management tools.
• Ability to work on client sites and adapt to different environments.
• SAP certification is a plus.
