About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Energy or Utilities sector to lead and manage complex IT implementation projects. You will be responsible for driving technology transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

This role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in enterprise system implementation, stakeholder management, and project governance. Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage multiple technology implementation projects within the Energy/Utilities sector.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Define project milestones, scope, and success metrics for each phase.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective communication and delivery.

Risk & Quality Control

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
• Implement best practices and governance frameworks for project execution.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Technology & Implementation Oversight

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing Energy or Utility sector systems.
• Work closely with engineering, development, and IT teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, leading complex technology implementation projects.
• Must have Energy or Utilities sector experience.
  Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proven expertise in enterprise systems, digital transformation, or ERP/CRM implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus.
