VoIP/SIP Engineer – Auckland

We’re recruiting VoIP/SIP Experts to support the design and integration of voice infrastructure for next-gen communication platforms.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a high-performing engineering team, ensuring seamless VoIP delivery and SIP trunk integration for enterprise-grade environments.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and troubleshoot VoIP systems using SIP protocols
• Design call routing, SBC, and number management solutions
• Configure IP PBXs (e.g., FreePBX, Asterisk, Cisco UC)
• Monitor quality metrics and resolve performance issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years in VoIP/SIP engineering
• In-depth understanding of SIP, RTP, QoS, and network protocols
• Hands-on experience with VoIP gateways and session border controllers
