As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Director to lead the commercial front of our business. This is a pivotal role, suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to build, grow, and win.
About You
As Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying untapped opportunities, opening doors with prospective clients, and leading the end-to-end sales cycle. You will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector organisations.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role with a focus on consultative solution selling - particularly in high-demand areas like Salesforce, SAP, software engineering, testing, project delivery, and offshore support models.
You’ll work closely with our internal delivery teams to design tailored solutions, respond to client needs with agility, and ensure each engagement delivers measurable value.
Most importantly, you lead with strategy, empathy, and execution. You’re commercially astute, customer-focused, and driven by results - but equally mindful of building relationships that last.
